packaging says Gluten and Wheat free - suitable for lacto-vegetarian- on another part of the label it reads: contains milk and soy, but free of: gluten, wheat, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial flavor, sweetener, preservatives and color. As to "Kosher" - there is no symbol on it that indicates 'Kosher' status... hope this helps.
