Not a great product
It is thick but it is not firm. When I use it for Yoga, it doesnt give a stable ground so I havent used it after 1st time. A lose base can lead to injury so for the purpose of yoga or fitness workout, it is not a recommended product. It is dense foam- but high quality- I doubt. Overall, not happy with the product.
