I bought this oil for my aged Uncle who in his eighties had somehow damaged both knees and could barely walk. I told him how to apply this oil and what to expect. He was a bit sceptical at first but weeks later he has improved so much - and at the same time feels better than he has in years!! His pain all over, but primarily at the site of application i.e. his knees, is much dimished and he is more energetic and happier than he has been in years. Those of you who know of the Magnesium deficiencies we all suffer and what it is that Magnesium does for the body, can fully appreciate how it is that he feel so much better (touching wood so as not to tempt a relapse!). His only complaint being that the oil can be a bit sticky - but after 30 minutse it can be washed off if required having done most of its absorbtion in this time. However despite the stickiness it does not stain clothes so it can be used with confidence.
