You won't see a drastic difference unless your lips are extremely chapped. Doesn't feel sticky and a little bit of it does the job.

Received box flattened but tube seemed ok. Started using bit noticed it was leaking by the flattened end part in two different places.

This is the only thing which works for me (cicaplast used to work, but not after they changed the formula a few years ago). I use it in the morning and before bed, and it prevents my lips from cracking and immediately makes them feel much softer. It is a bit less viscous than other lip balms, which makes it spread and absorb better. There is no scent or flavour. At one point last year, there were packaging issues causing the tube to split on the edges near the top, but these seem to be fully resolved now, and the tube is now sealed well and does not leak.
