How is this a book for kids if the hero is a thief and a killer !!? Amazon is originally a bookstore that is supposed to have a rating system of what is appropriate for kids!

Horrible book, saying the mermaid felt dumb, and asked to kill the prince, showing a knife and then in the end saying she dies.

This story is not for children, it teaches them violence, killing, and jealousy.

Worst book for your kids, the hero of the story steals from the giant and kills him in the end… I’m not sure it’s appropriate for kids

To say it’s supposed to be a book for babies/kids, the ending should not talk about death. It talks about the wolf dying. Not a best example of a bedtime story.

Although typecasted as a girl story, my Son liked it. We have many more from the same publishing house. They simplify the story for the age group well such that the classics are well understood by the age group.

Print quality is good. But not value for money 😔
