If you want to move from amateur photography to professional on then this is the first Holi Trinity lens you should buy. This is all purpose, travel lens which not only has constant aperture but also sharpness even in low light conditions. It is indeed fastest autofocus lens I have seen. The Nikon AF-S FX NIKKOR 24–70mm f/2.8E ED VR is an absolute monster of a lens. After recently dropping my older non-VR version, I picked this one up used for a fair price, and the difference is immediately noticeable. The vibration reduction is a huge upgrade and makes handheld shooting far more forgiving, especially in lower light. Image quality is outstanding, with excellent sharpness and contrast throughout the zoom range, and the build quality is exactly what you’d expect from Nikon’s pro glass. Honestly, I wish I had upgraded to the VR version years ago. If you’re on the fence and can find one at a good price, it’s well worth it.
