i ordered this phone as a back up for my extra sim. normal usage and nothing fancy. however, the screen feature was white and at times blurry with zigzag like in a tv. at sleep mode and when you tried to wake it up? it remains black and then after a few seconds white screen. sim card slot not reading as well. also, why the replacement takes 45 days? can i just cancel it and ask for a gc?

Good built, wireless FM, one touch for camera and music, Dual SIM, good battery support, very handy phone for call and basic function.

the battery is not getting for half day in the full charge and I don't get network for the SIM.

كذب في المواصفات. ليس ١٦ قيقا ولا بطاريه قويه وجوال صوته مززززعج جددا. للأسف ليس هذا ما نطمحه في الشركات العربيه
