Has anyone noticed in their second purchase of this mascara that the quality is totally different?

I have purchased countless tubes of this mascara and 99% of them are completely dry upon opening. If not dry, I only get about 1 week’s use, applying just once a day! I called L’Oreal yesterday to complain and was given a refund. I’d rather they address their quality control as I love this mascara when it works and tubes are not dried out upon purchase!

What is the difference between black and mystic black?

Using the NON-waterproof version, is this mascara easy to remove?

Yes, I find it comes off easily using a little extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil on a cotton pad, and then wash with soap and warm water. (all natural and does not harm your eyes, and much less expensive than eye make-up remover products.
