Total garbage £99 refund
Awful products the audio is absolutely garbage no base at all and the mic picks up your breathing even when your listening to music and absolutely zero noise cancellation.. The controls are absolutely terrible the worst design ever created I got these for £99 and I wouldn't pay £30 for them, do yourself a favour and buy something else because these really are trash!!

Great sound quality. Poor control layout
Got these when the were discounted on Amazon. Paid under £150. Thought a set that cost £250+ everywhere else, I must get it and experience great quality music with premium features. They certainly one of the best headsets I’ve owned. For me, I loved the sound quality. I adjusted the bass to the max. This is done by using the provided screwdriver and turning the level up or down on each ear buds. I liked how the bass sounded. It’s not the best I’ve heard, it’s subtle. This allows you to clear every instrument clearly. So what you get a nice, clear sound with decent bass. They really shine with rap and rock music. For the RRP, I did expect more out of it. As for the price I paid, I feel it is still slightly underwhelming, ever so much though. I still enjoyed listening to my favourite albums. The app allows you to tweak the EQ (equalisation). The app is troublesome. It will lose connection with the headset, trouble connecting to it. But with persistence, it will connect. May have to turn if the headset and on. The volume doesn’t get very loud. I’m comparing them to other headphones I’ve used and currently own. For me, this is a plus. Simply to protect my hearing.I haven’t heard anyone talking through this set to a phone, but every time I spoke on a call, the other person had no issues hearing and understanding every word. So I will assume that the mic works very well. The control is where I have an issue with. The buttons respond well every time. Issues with them, they are crammed side by side. The answer and end call button is smack in the middle of the up and down buttons. It’s difficult enough to know what button I’m pressing without looking, almost impossible to know when I’m out and about in the cold weather. This could have been easily resolved by placing the answer button on the top side of the control. Separate the buttons enough is all that is needed. Also to add to the problem, there is a second delay when pressing the button and executing the command. Many times I answered a call, thinking I pressed the wrong button or not at all, pressing it again and not realising I had ended the call before I put a word through. Even pausing and playing music, there is a delay (see video). It took me a while to get the hang of it.The build quality is great. I can’t fault it. Very robust and comfortable. Since day one, I have felt no discomfort. This will vary from person to person. The wire is a problem from time to time. Mainly because if the mask we now all must wear. It does get caught a few times. Completely wireless earbuds is the only solution to this problem.I will admit, this set produces some of the cleanest and clear sounds I’ve used. They are my everyday set I use. The control is an issue, a big issue for me.

Simply amazing!
I have owned and still own many earphones/headphones, including grado, master & dynamic, Shure, etymotic, audeze, b&w and way way more. Before buying these my go to wireless earphones were master and dynamics mw07 and kz as16 with aptxhd wireless cable. My wired choice are etymotic er4-sr, Shure se535 and strangely blon bl-03 with bespoke balanced cable (amazing value for money) all the wired are used via my fiio x7 or astell and kern ak70m2 (fiio sounds more detailed, ak sounds more musical)Anyway... On with my opinion... When the sennheisers first arrived they sounded ok, the bass was truly astonishing... Probably matching my master's and blons but way more controlled than either, especially more controlled than the masters. However the mids and highs were very much lacking! I allowed burn-in (30hrs to date) and have to say, they come to life... I keep the bass knob on minimum and the bass was tamed a little allowing the miss/highs to take their correct place in the mix. Great hey‽, Not really as the bass is still, for me, a little too much! I decided to turn to the app and this is when things changed. The app will kill off a little of the thump these headphones produce but if you increase the treble they can really shine and sound unbelievably realistic, almost matching my other fav earphones and astell and kern combination, but with a soundstage that definately stands head and shoulders above and wireless and most wired!!! The sennheisers soundstage, imaging and separation is breathtaking! I have no idea how these tiny, single driver phones can produce such a dynamic soundstage. Literally everything is where it should be, but you do have to be mindful of volume! There is a very definate sweet spot at around 60-70% volume. Above will flatten the staging a little (still great though) and below will reduce detail (still very good though) but it's fine as it's also a beautiful volume to listen to and wont damage your ears whilst sitting comfortable within the arena of passive noise cancelling... Winner winner!!! (I use the double flanged buds. The supplied olives simply destroy detail and make the sound too warm)I would highly recommend these! Especially at the low price and after my discussion with sennheiser can (stock permitting) be bought from them if Amazon run out at a low price. So long gone are the days when these cost £300+ even though I believe them to be well worth that amount.

For less than £100 these are awesome
bought this when they were on offer, believe £99. Good, but audio is nothing special at all audiophile… hmmm, plus if you paid 200-300 for these when they 1st came out you certainly got mugged off. But for sub 100 they are comparable if not better than similar priced items. Really good for lockdown working (skype/zoom/slack) etc can get a full days work outta them chatting to colleagues. The Bluetooth connection is fantastic, pairs with multiple devices and haven't had to repair it once. Although have had to find the 2nd device it paired to a few times as it likes to remind u that it’s lost connection for example if you’re listening to you mac upstairs but your iPad is down stairs it stays connected but obviously it’s too far for a steady connection so reconnect silently to it but audibly lets you know ever time it loses connection even when you’re clearly listening to the 1st device (in this scenario, the mac). Mildly irritating overall, but great if you want to stay connected or if all your Bluetooth connections are in the same room or near by.People listening to me via the mic say I’m crystal clear.Other positives:Case is functional and a nice touchAdditional ear rubber bits ear a plusCharges fast, last agesAudio quality is good for sub £100, matches or beats almost all at this price pointNegatives:Audio experience doesn’t live up to the product description
