I want to write a review regarding this magnesium product. I am 72 year-old male with a heart condition and require additional magnesium. I bought this product because magnesium citrate is supposed to help with digestion. I do take other products to help with my digestion so I can't say whether or not this product ALONE works, however I do believe that when I take this before bed, I have an easier time going to the bathroom in the morning. Overall I'd say it's worth it for you to try.

It works as intended to.
A doctor recommended I start taking magnesium after a major surgery. After reviewing brands offered on Amazon, I chose this one. It was easy to take and the exact dosage recommended for me. I have been taking it for more than 10 years and never was inclined to try another brand. A really good product.
