I buy the whole Nioxin system but run out of the leave-in treatment. I now buy extra of the leave-in treatment, so I always have it. I have been using this system for about 4 years now. I am 64 and lost a lot of hair during menopause and afterwards due to an allergic reaction. I tried supplements, shampoos, and a lot more expensive stuff. I stuck with the Nioxin because of a review that I read at the time that said it would take time and not to get disappointed if you didn't get results in the first month or two. I honestly did not get real results until maybe 8-9 months. However, after using it for a year my hair was doing so much better. Now I constantly get compliments on how full and beautiful my hair is. I was not one to cut my hair off when it started going grey and I feel assured that the Nioxin helped it to grow faster so I got all grey quicker. My hair is below my bra line and is full and soft. I owe it to the Nioxin and will keep using it. The shampoo and conditioner are very nice, but it is the leave-in treatment that helps the most.

I have been using this since I lost my hair to Breast Cancer. My hair on the top came in kind of thin, this seems to make styling it easier and makes it look thicker. I only have to style it after I wash it, so in the long run I use less heat on my hair, keeping it healthier.

Bought a sample size of this initially and could see a definite increase in the thickness of my hair after a few weeks I think the main thing is, give it time to work It may not work for everyone, but I have seen a difference in my hair

Good product, I've been using it 3 months and its doing what it says,boosts the regrowth where thinning was very progressed,im going to continue using it with the nioxin shampoo and conditioner.
