Relax deep muscle
I feel that it is really hard at the beginning. However, according to time, you are used to it and then it really works well. Specially for the upper back and the middle back.

RumbleRoller wurde mich von meinem Cousin empfohlen. Der hat mir amazing Wirkungen erzählt. Bei der Bestellung musste ich Liefergebühr bezahlen, obwohl ich Amazon Prime habe. Es scheint dieses Produkt direkt aus US kommt und es noch nicht auf den deutschen Markt gibt. Bis heute benutze ich ihn fast jeden Tag um selbst zu „quälen“ ;-) und dazu habe ich noch RumbleRoller Beastie Ball plus gekauft. Echt gut will ich sagen! Zuhause selbst massieren finde ich sehr praktisch und wichtig, deswegen empfehle ich weiter die richtige RumbleRoller Muskelmassage Tools. Oh bitte fangen mit dem blauen Roller an, welcher weicher ist, sonst werden Sie lachen und weinen zugleich. 😅

Ce rouleau est un vrai rouleau Rumble Roller. Il masse très bien, bien plus en profondeur que les rouleaux que l'on achète dans les magasins de sport et donc l'effet de relaxer les muscles, atténuer nos tensions sont bien au rendez-vous. Rien à dire sur ce rouleau mis à part le prix élevé
