Used as a wedge for baby
I bought this to use as a wedge in my baby's fisher-price soothing motions bassinet, which fit perfectly under the mat, to sooth his reflux. This really did keep him at the perfect angle to reduce the spitting up. While this is not marketed as a bassinet wedge, it worked amazingly. I unfortunately cannot comment on its comfort as a pregnancy wedge, I can say that it is quite a firm material.

Overpriced, poor quality, short life, flattens immediately.
This was such a bummer. Maybe the more expensive ones are better, I dunno. But this one flattens like a pancake in days. And makes you die inside every time you look at it and realize what you paid for a tiny piece of cheap foam with a cover on it. You'd get better quality going to goodwill and just shaving down one side of an old kitchen seat cushion. I might actually do that. I'm not particularly huge to begin with, and I'm only going on 5 months and this thing went totally flat in days. So disappointing. Nobody has money to piss away when they have a little one on the way.

Feels inexpensive but good to use
It’s a styrofoam wedge but does the job. Feels inexpensive for the price tag.

Cheap but Cheerful
For a cheap, foamy pillow it served it's purpose but would never stand the test of time before the foam loses it's shape entirely.
