I read all the reviews on this before buying and a lot of people were saying this is not good made with cream the way it's recommended and it's best made with just water... however, for me making it with cream, is so much better... but it's still way too sweet. The chocolate taste is not that great but since I bought the salted caramel one too, I mixed the two together and it's now actually reasonably palatable... so my advice is if you want to buy this, buy the caramel one too and mix them and make it with half cream half water, as they do actually work.

Alright, first of all, I tried every combination available for this product. I really loved the idea of adding it to my morning iced coffee with MCT, 1 tbs of heavy cream and stevia. To be honest, my morning coffee is one of my favorite things throughout my day and I was very dissppointed when it didn’t taste *exactly* like an iced mocha. I found it to be very bitter and tough to finish. Not to mention it was ruining my love for my morning coffee time. Upon reading reviews, I took the plunge— just water. After experiencing the bitterness in the coffee I was truly just humoring myself by adding a scoop to just plain water (~10-12oz room temp water, add scoop, stir until smooth, add ice)... IT WAS PERFECT. The bitterness was gone and it even reminded me of chocolate milk. Moral of the story, if you’re going to purchase this product, do yourself a favor and don’t try and make it fancier than it needs to be. 10-12 oz water + 1 scoop of Perfect Keto = perfection. I feel like I should also mention that the GI discomfort is real, people. I would recommend starting this product on a weekend or a day where you’re able to just take it easy. After my first dose, which was only 1/2 scoop, I literally just felt like lying in bed all day due to feelings of nauseousness; however, by the next day I was fine and even bumped my dose to a full scoop. It’s been just about 2 weeks since I started supplementing with Perfect Keto and I am down 6 more pounds and feeling leaner than ever. If you’re trying to decide whether or not to buy this product... do it!

So far so good!!!! Day 1: so I probably shouldn’t be reviewing so soon only because I literally just took my first scoop to try it out (actually it was a half scoop) and it was actually pretty good! I added it to my BP Coffee (black coffee, 1tbsp coconut oil, sweetener) and it was actually very good, gave it a little mocha taste. I did get a somewhat bitter taste towards the end of my coffee but that’s only because it wasn’t mixed well... I added the coconut oil first then the product so that was my fault. I’m going to continue to review as the weeks go on so I can keep all updated. FYI, it is pricey, HOWEVER, I’m using the price to kind of help me stay away from things I don’t need to eat like carbs and keep me focused on keeping a low carb diet. I have been on and off Keto for a couple weeks now because I keep having set backs. But not this time. Hopefully this will put me in Ketosis soon, as I started the Keto Diet again, for the last time lol, yesterday. Day 2: So the half scoop did not cause me any side effects yesterday. So this morning I took the full scoop and then worked out on my Peloton bike for 45 minutes about an hour afterwards. I mixed it with water this time and didn’t too much care for it. I’ll probably mix it with water prior to workouts as a preworkout since it’s faster but i didn’t care for the taste of it with water. Long story short after taking the full scoop this morning I did just have a diarrhea effect (hope that’s not tmi) maybe 3 hours post drinking the product this morning, but my stomach doesn’t hurt or anything. I’m probably going to take the scoop once a day every morning pre workout and continue to see how it works. Also, I tried to see if my body finally was in ketosis since that’s my biggest issue being on the Keto Diet and the urine strip did look like it was finally getting out of the negatives! I’ve been buying this product for a while and have always been satisfied. I received my container today and was less than half full. I typically do not write reviews unless I am completely satisfied or in this case completely and utterly disappointed. This is the last time I but this product. There is no indication that the amount in the container has changed. I selected the buy it again feature and assumed it was the exact same product. Shame on me for being trusting. Please beware for this bait and switch. This product is not worth the amount I received. Thank you Perfect Keto for making my decision to look for alternatives that much easier. Update.... Wanted to update my review as I have been contacted by Seller in what seems to be their attempt to justify the as “advertised” product. Below is my response and hope they receive my response and review to promote transparency.... Here is what I thought I was getting when I selected the “Buy Again” feature. (See attached pic) The product on the right is the product I have been receiving. As you can see the product is not the same and although you may have improved the formula, it is not the same product therefore rendering the “Buy Again” feature inaccurate. There should be a disclosure of sorts indicating the changes to the product. By selecting “Buy Again” feature most people, including myself would expect the same product. A disclosure would alleviate any confusion or dissatisfaction by a customer. Please consider. Also consider changing the actual size of the container. Opening up a container and seeing the container less than half full is a poor marketing strategy and only makes a customer feel as though they have been deceived. I’m not asking for a refund, credit or compensation by any means but being forthcoming goes a long way.

This tastes really good, but I’m not convinced it’s worth the price, which is why I docked a star. Another reason is that they increased the size of the included scoop from 28cc to 32cc, which is about 15% larger. That feels a bit misleading. Most people understandably follow the directions on the container. If you do that with this product, though, the drink ends up far too strong. It also becomes noticeably bitter if you use too much. Even a full 28cc scoop is too much for a 12 oz cup, yet the directions recommend one full scoop for just 8–10 oz of water. That seems excessive, especially considering the container itself is only 9 oz. What I’ve found works best is adding one pump of sugar-free vanilla syrup and about 20cc of the powder to a 12 oz mug. It tastes great that way and keeps the flavor balanced. Using less powder also stretches the product further, since you’d likely be using slightly less than a full scoop anyway. If the price works for you, I’d still recommend trying it, but using it this way will help extend the life of the container.

This is delicious! I'm not sure what people are talking about when they say it tastes bad. I put a half scoop only (because its soooo expensive) in my iced coffee with have cream every morning and it tastes better than it ever did without. I'm not sure its really working and it does upset my stomach. I will have to get some strips to check ketosis and will come back to update. I think I'll probably still only give three stars though because it is WAY WAY WAY OVERPRICED! I can't believe how small the container was when it arrived for almost $60!! Even if it works, and it does taste delicious, I can't justify this kind of price point. This is such a bad business model. You probably get people to buy this once, maybe twice at this price, whereas if you made it more affordable, like double the product (an actual month's supply) you'd have customer's for life! Drop the price and I will buy again for sure!
