The book is boring and the information is basic. I believe that we can learn something from any book,, it's the percentage of useful information that we learn that separates a good book from a great book... I wasn't able to take much insight from this book

It's an amazing book for first time real estate investor and especially if u r planning for an early retairment it can be of great help.

Very enjoyable book. It could have included a bigger focus on legislation related to the topic.

Ayant lu beaucoup de livres en français, je me suis attaqué à ce livre écrit en anglais. Il est très complet et très pratique. On est loin de la théorie et même si l'auteur est américain et s'appliquer à l'immobilier locatif américain, j'ai appris beaucoup de choses. Je recommande vivement.
