Note: this has only 1 ingredient, psyllium seed and husk. That’s it. Yes it has a bit of an Earthy taste but that’s the point. If you want a sweeter taste, mix with juice. Other fibre powders have lots of sugar and citric acid etc to make them taste good. This doesn’t. But it works.

Got the delivery two days back yesterday tried to make bread, had to through the powder and the bread in garbage it was like eating sand. This was the most expensive sand I’ve bought . I’ve lost my trust in This brand . They are playing with the health of people .

I didn't like it

Works perfect for me when I use it. A soft mushroom smell and taste, I’m recommending it to everyone now.

I have small tea spoon every morning and mix one cup water. it work wonders
