This was a great purchase and good value of money. I have used this on daily bases to create a variety of meals for my baby.

Great and easy recipes that you can cook in bulk and store in the freezer so there are always home made ready meals for the bub. However, the book doesn't focus on iron rich foods which are vital for babies at the start of the solids journey.

Yes it's simple. It's also baby food. You shouldn't expect it to be a culinary revolution.. also it says super easy in title. It is a great resource for basics for baby food, especially as a first time mom. It is exactly what I wanted. Recipes for Purees and combinations. as well as some recipes for later. I definitely recommend it. I feel like everyone surprised at how simple the recipes are needs to reread the title and get realistic ideas about what babies eat.

Used this book a lot when I had babies and toddlers, super simple recipes that are set up for freezer trays. Lots of creative ideas with a wide variety of foods to experiment with.
