I really liked that different types of dishes he's added to his cook book. The recipes in this book range from meals he's had as a kid growing up, to meals he's cooked in bar type restaurants, and including the high end restaurants he used to work at. Not only is this a cook book, but it's a story of his life growing up and how he became the chef he is today. Another little thing he added which I respect a lot, is that he added a small story behind every recipe he added in his cook book and why it's there. This cook book is well worth the money.
