I take one full Tablespoon of this honey each morning and mix it with the juice of One Whole Large/Jumbo Sized Lemon. I also am a confirmed believer in Consuming: Green Tea (organic especially) taken without Sugar and/or Cream as part of a healthy diet. Amazon has a wide variety of these teas so one never gets tired of consuming Green Tea.
