This product makes a lot of statements about how each ingredient improves different aspects of your health. I like that detail provided in their ad. However, I have used this product now for about 21 days (not yet the 30 days mentioned in the ad to see changes), and I do not as yet see much difference in how I feel with the exception of digestion. It has been an impressive help in the digestion department anecdotally, starting after only a few days of use. I struggle with constipation, and this has (anecdotally) brought about an impressive improvement in regularity. As far as taste, etc., it is just fine in my coffee, which is how I use it every morning. The taste is fine, not offensive in any way, and it dissolves well. If I start seeing other improvements in how I feel, I'll update.

I started taking functional mushrooms (another brand that was mixed with instant coffee) almost a year ago and after that one bought my first jug of this brand last February (I hated the bitterness of the instant coffee in the other brand), and have been mixing a teaspoon of it every day with some cocoa powder, sometimes some protein powder and some coffee or milk and using my frother to whip it up. Even though I’ve been taking many supplements for decades, I have always gotten sick like most everyone else a few times a year, especially in the winter. I don’t think it’s just a lucky streak that I have now gone almost a year without so much as a sniffle, which I have to attribute to the magic of these mushrooms. I honestly cannot tell if my energy/cognition/memory are better than before (maybe I feel a bit sharper), but I truly think my immune system is much stronger now. The taste of this powder is close to chocolatey, so that’s why I mix it with cocoa powder and some stevia with coffee or even just milk to make a nice drink, and have it every morning. As long as you truly only have a teaspoon (the serving size) this jug lasts many months, so I think it’s a good deal, especially if you factor in the cost I would have paid for missing work/ going to doctor… might be best deal ever! As long as they keep making this product, I will be a customer!!

I’ve been buying Sacred 7’s mushroom extract product for about 3 years and used it in my smoothies 4-5 times per week and occasionally in my coffee. My smoothies contain over 20 ingredients so the taste didn’t bother me but I was never crazy about the taste in my coffee. I was at a local farmers market recently and tried two products from Fun Earth Co, Mushroom Mocha and Morning Routine. I was blown away how much better it tasted. After comparing the labels I noticed Fun Earth’s product also contains approx 400-800% more mg per serving of varying mushroom extract than Sacred 7’s. More importantly, I can feel a difference. I also love the glass jars they come in and the brass and wood serving spoon they included. I’m sold on Fun Earth Co now! I cannot believe I’ve never written a review for this! I’ve been putting it in mine and my husband’s coffee for years now. I’ve also been using it for my pet rats after a friend told me she used it for her dog’s cancer. I know I can’t make medical claims but after she started giving it to her dog her dog’s cancer went away (I’m not saying it’s related BUT…) I also have always heard rats develop tumors at some point in their lives. I didn’t want to have to go through that so I made sure to put a small amount of this mushrooms powder in their food every day. One of my rats lived to two years old (very old for a rat) and the vet was shocked that she didn’t have any tumors. Our remaining rat is almost 3 without any tumors either. That’s almost unheard of. If you are considering it for your pet make sure that your pet can actually have mushrooms. We also have pet birds and mushrooms of any variety are not ok for them. I’ll continue taking this mushrooms powder with my coffee for the rest of my life and am so grateful for this quality product!

I have been using this for a few years now. I do believe it helps with mental clarity in that I no longer have to wonder why I walked into a room - well, I do wonder for like 2 seconds but then it comes to me! :) Before I started using the mushroom powder, I'd have to walk back out and back in and sometimes that still did not help. Also, I now can find my keys and glasses much sooner than I could before I used this, without having to turn the house upside down in a search! I use it once a day in my morning coffee or hot hibiscus tea and do use a little bit more than the directions say. I figure it's just mushrooms and it would probably be really difficult to OD on mushrooms, at least THIS kind of 'shroom.
