The majority of people believe the human mind is capable of magical psychic powers? Do you a Magic Mind? Find out with Magic Minds, a spell-binding new game based featuring the same award-winning head-to-head gameplay as the original Telepathy game, now updated with mystical and magical symbols. In Magic Minds, two players (or teams) race head-to-head to see who can be the first to correctly guess the opponent's secret square using only strategic thinking, deduction, logic and a sharp memory. Secret squares are defined by 4 variables: symbol, color, row, and column. After selecting and writing down the secret square on the Secrecy Shield, players then take turns making strategic guesses, recording the responses and eliminating variables until they feel confident they can correctly guess the secret square and win! The Secrecy Shields enhance the game play by providing a real focal point for your Telepathic powers so you can really try to concentrate to see if you can get that supernatural psychic advantage! With a minimal amount of pieces, Telepathy is fast to set-up, easy to learn, and always provides a great mental challenge for hours and hours of play that never gets old. For Ages 10 years and Up; Game Includes: 2 Telepathy Grid Boards, 2 Secrecy Shields with stands, 2 Dry Erase Markers, 2 Dry Erase Wipe Cloths, Rulebook

Fun Game - But dry erase marker are CRAP
Got this game for my 11 year old son and I to play. This is basically a game of deduction. Each player gets one board that shows all the possible choices, another board to write their chosen secret symbol on, and a dry erase marker to write on the boards to show deductions and eliminations etc.. That's it! You would think that the dry erase markers would be of a better quality since they are so important to the game - but they were utter crap. One didn't write at all, and the other barely. We ended up keeping notes using paper and pen - which worked and we were able to play the game. We enjoyed it and it does make your brain work (that is why I gave it 4 stars) but for the price the markers should be working quality. On a positive note - I LOVE the game box and just the whole vibe of the game.

Mastermind and Battleship had a baby!!!!
I LOVE this game. If you like Mastermind and/or Battleship, this game is right up your alley.Guess a picture from the grid, if your opponent says “No” everything about your guess (column, row, icon, color) is wrong. Mark it all out. If they say “yes” at least one thing is right. Keep guessing from there until you figure it out as they try to do the same thing on their side.It can go pretty quick, and you’ll want to do a few games in a row. If you’re looking for Mastermind 2.0 or you enjoyed “Guess Who” when you were younger, you’ll love this game.

Great 2 player game for kids & adults.
Very happy with this purchase of Magic Minds. Both my 11 year old and I enjoy playing this game. It only takes about 15 minutes (or less) for a game and we usually like to play more than once. As a parent it's great to see your kid work on strategic thinking to try to win a game. For me this is much easier to do when my daughter is playing one of her friends, since I need to focus when playing as she has beat me more times than I would like to admit. Some focus is definitely required - you need to pay attention when answering your opponent questions as well as deciding where to guess next, since giving an incorrect answer to your opponent can ruin the game. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend this game for kids younger than 10. We did have an issue with the dry erase markers wearing out already, but considering how many times we have played, this was not too unexpected. Overall, this is a great two player game for kids as well as adults.

Great game to clear out the old cobwebs.....
Quite an entertaining game, although I got beat ( by my grandson )every time we played. I think his mind is a bit quicker to catch onto things. I would think older kids and adults would enjoy this , especially if you like to exercise the brain a bit. Takes some deduction and strategy skills, but my grandson really enjoys those types of games. Wouldn't recommend for younge kids, as it's s bit challlenging to get the hang of.Enjoy.

There's a trick to winning-if anybody knows it, please tell me
I bought this for my daughter for Christmas since we love to play board games together. It's very colorful and the board is really neat looking. She loves it, because somehow she has figured it out. However, I get so frustrated because I can't figure out the trick to winning. Also pretty durable when it is thrown up against the wall multiple times.

Excellent game, sort of like "Clue" meets "Battleship"
Excellent game, sort of like "Clue" meets "Battleship". I know that sounds strange, but it is a quick, enjoyable game, and one in which an adult can play on equal level with a 10 year old.Our only regret is the icons are sometimes difficult to tell apart-- the brown and purple images resemble one another too closely, and anyone who is a bit color blind will have a heckuva time and not be able to play.

Collect your clues and find the Symbol type of game
My family likes mystery type of games. This one makes you use detective skills like Clue. You play it sort of like you play Battleship but you are finding a Secret Symbol instead of a ship. It's different and it's fun to play.

Pretty simple game
Pretty simple game. You can finish a round in about 10 minutes. People who like puzzles will enjoy this. My advanced 11 year old loves this game as well as the adults in our household. When our 11 year old plays with her friends they weren't really able to follow along though.
