I never expect too much from products like this, but have been pleasantly surprised by the comfort, functionality and quality of this pillow. Both my knees are awaiting hyaluronic acid shots and probably eventual surgery and have serious arthritis as part of the problem. I have been trying to meet the challenge and lower my pain and discomfort level with a variety of other pillows and rolled-up blankets, to little avail. This pillow really helps. It's soft and yielding (so it doesn't cut off my circulation) but elevates and supports my knees just right. I don't recommend things lightly -- especially if they're supposed to be therapeutic -- but this pillow definitely meets the criteria for telling my friends about it. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
