My hellcat has Red alcantara interior, will this discolor the interior?

My alcantara is black I used a white cloth in a small area before I went full on in I did not notice any bleeding. I would do it in a small test area to make sure and use a white cloth I'm pretty confident you'll see red if it bleeds.

Has anyone had any success removing chocolate/ coffee stains off black Alcantara?

Not specifically. But I've used it on my black alcantara steering wheel that was matted and slightly sticky. It worked. I'd give it a shot.
