This is the first heart gun I’ve ever owned and, so far, I’m pretty happy. I used it to remove about 8ft of some very difficult double sided tape on our floor. It worked like a champ. It was on solidly for 45 minutes and never got hot to hold or over heated. Seems to be a good product.

I finally replaced my old heat gun with the Seekone because as you can see from the pics, it was time. The Seekone has a huge barrel on it compared to my old one but, basically the same size. From what I read, the bigger barrel aids in heat dissipation to keep the gun from overheating so you can use it for longer periods of time. I had a ladder fall on my garage vacuum and cracked it all the way through to where dust was shooting out from above the wheel. My new gun has already payed for itself because I was able to use one of the attachments to melt the crack together. The Seekone came with 4 attachments and I had never used attachments before and now kicking myself because the attachment I used in the video made it so much easier than using a putty-knife. It is *very important* to note that in the video I do not have the attachment pushed back all the way to the base of the gun(as it should be) and the attachment flipped off. I tried to post a video of it happening but, you are allowed one video per review so, there is a pic showing the correct way to use the attachment. I love the variable temperature control because I have a lot of projects that don't require super hot heat and my old gun only had a two heat option. Anyways, this thing is sleek, feels sturdy and rugged but, the kids thinks it looks like a nerf gun. Hmmm, decide for yourself but, I will definitely keep this up-high and hidden because daddy's keeping HIS nerf gun.

This Heat gun will defiantly do the job. It is rather large for any small jobs you may be working on. So if you are looking for something for small hobby work I would suggest something smaller. I’m very satisfied with this heat gun. It heats up quickly and provides strong, consistent airflow for different projects. Should have bought heat gun a long time ago. The relative size, feel, variable temperature, and included tips of this model are nice. Haven't burned myself yet...

I use this heat gun to warm up the stove pipes from within the stove before lighting a fire. As I’m building my kindling fire, I let this heat gun run and it heats the pipes up hot to create an upward draft. After lighting the fire the smoke goes right up the chimney! Great product. I like the dial temperature. Good value for the money, quality product.
