What type of sprayer do you use to apply the saltguard? Plastic or metal pump container? Thx!!

Either would work since Saltguard WB is a water-based product. (A solvent-resistant sprayer would be needed for a solvent-based sealer.) A fan tip is recommended. It is also recommended to back roll the sealer after spraying on to eliminate any pooling of the product in lower areas or areas in which you might have over-sprayed.

Can this be applied with a roller?

Yes, the product can be applied with a roller. But you have to be very careful not to overapply the product when using that method. We prefer that you use a plastic pump-up sprayer because you have less of a chance to overapply the product that way.

how long is the wait time to put things back on the surface, including a car?

The surface will be ready for pedestrian and vehicle traffic in 24 hours after application. Please protect from rainfall for at least 6 hours after application.

can i use this on limestone?

No, it is not appropriate for use on limestone, (marble, travertine or other calcareous stones). You can use, Prosoco Limestone Restorer Sure Klean and or just Sure Klean® Weather Seal Natural Stone Treatment WB is a water repellent for limestone, marble, travertine and most other traditional masonry surfaces delivering the same performance as solvent-based products without the drawbacks of traditional water-based treatments.
