Update: fits under window and middle seat of Southwest Airlines (not aisle). See photo. Still has a little space to put my feet on top.I like it. Takes the strain of my shoulders lugging big bags around and other travelers compliment it.Original:I like it. Haven’t tried it yet but wanted to add the photo of what it looks like stacked on top of the carry-on since I hadn’t seen that combination anywhere in photos. The outside material is cloth, not the hard shell.I look forward to using this in the airport. Seems like a better alternative than a shoulder bag. By time I’ve put in my laptop, magazines, snacks, etc my arm feels like it might fall off.Happy travels!

size is ok quality no so much
I have used this bag for 3 trips. The shape is great. The size, well sorry to say would not fit under the seat on the 2nd trip. The trim on the carry handle is coming off and the rubber on the extension handle is pealing off in layers. The bag does not fit on top of the large matching delsey bag. Let me explain. If you but this carry on bag on top of the large matching suitcase, you can not get a hold of the handle to pull them. I have attached a picture.

The colors in the Chatelet line do not match.
It’s a return, because the color doesn’t match the rolling suitcase. The model is “Chatelet,” but the color is completely different than the “matching” hard sided luggage. The return cost me a fortune in shipping costs. I feel misled and fleeced.

Small Carryon With WHEELS
I have the Delsey carry on bag, but traveling with both my laptop and my iPad made the thing pretty heavy. This bag doesn't have the great pockets etc that the soft bag has, but the soft bag fits right inside! So I can wheel around the airport and when I get to my seat, remove the soft sided carryon, place it under the seat and throw the carry on with wheels in the compartment above. It's a perfect solution and it matches the rest of my Delsey luggage. Looks so smart and beautiful.
