Does this make your hair stiff if you don't blow dry it

No not at all. I have extremely course dry hair and I put it in my hair wet and night and pull it out in the morning and blow dry and my hair is super soft. I have very long hair and only wash it every 3 days and this leaves it super silky and shiny and does not leave my hair greasy.
