Ebury Press Amma Mia: Stories, advice and recipes from one mother to another

A Happy Book for Mothers
I read half the book and my cousin took it away for the recipes which follow half-way through to see what kind of dished were produced for toddlers that she could copy! Amma Mia! written in an autobiographical manner holds the reader with interesting stories from the debut author, Esha Deol Takhtani, and her experiences as a baby once, the food pyramid and her discoveries. My favourite chapters are her grandmother throwing out rice balls or Idli's to the crows and the girls ducking, the french toast episode and introduction to egg, Esha's mom and her kitchen skills till she went on holiday and then enjoying the few dishes she made with pride. The book style is extremely warm, open and real. I absolutely enjoyed it and am not even a mom. Go buy it!

Thanks from one mother to another! :)
Thank you so much Esha for penning down your experience beautifully. It is very helpful and even after 4years of being a mother, I have honestly learnt a lot from your tips and tricks. The recipes are awesome and helps me with my all time confusion - what to feed :)Also a peep into your childhood and your life are exciting and fun to read. Its a very inspiring piece of work :)

Disappointing
The only useful section of the book is the recipes. Rest of it seems vaguely written, obvious or irrelevant. Overall I would not recommend.
