Didn't receive battery
I got the phone without battery. Returns were also not accepted.

Good Quality, but very basic phone.
Product quality is good, but you get what you paid. Its not a high end product and very basic. Key pad does not have light, so difficult to dial in the dark.

It was a worst product and I requested for returns. They have approved the returns on 9th June.. so far no one has picked and I didn't get my refund and amazon does not takes any responsibility on this
