I would like to know the ingredient list so I know whether this is what i bought years ago.

I have been using this for years. I like the flavor and the ingredients in it. The seasonings are as follows and in order: diluted soy, onion, orange crystals, nutritional yeast, garlic, celery, dill, horseradish, lemon peel, mustard, orange peel, parsley, white pepper, turmeric, mushrooms, green and red bell peppers , rose-hips, summer savory, mushrooms, safflower, coriander, fenugreek, basil, marjoram, oregano, thyme, tarragon, onion, cumin, ginger, cayenne pepper, cloves, spinach, rosemary, cinnamon, paprika and tomato. Hope you will like it as much as I do!

I ordered the salt free & gluten free but the first ingredient is soy which contains gluten. how can it be gluten free?

Soy, in and of itself, does not contain gluten. Only wheat, rye, and barley do. Soy sauce, on the other hand, is a problem because generally wheat is added to most soy sauce brands.

Is there any difference between the salt free and the salted besides salt? I'd like to try the salt free, but still want all the other ingredients.

you will get the 33 different herbs minus the salt...if you have high blood pressure this is a wonderful spice filled treat....I love all the spike seasonings...enjoy.

The ingredients list does not contain gluent bearing plants defatted soy, onion, orange crystals, nutritional yeast, garlic, celery, dill, horseradish, lemon peel, mustard, orange peel, parsley, white pepper, turmeric, green and red bell peppers, rosehips, summer savory, mushroom, safflower, coriander, fenugreek, basil, marjoram, oregano, thyme, tarragon, cumin, ginger, cayenne pepper, cloves, spinach, rosemary, cinnamon, paprika and tomato.
