Doesn’t match the description
Looking at the bag i can’t imagine a 20lb cat in there. It’s quite small. Also, the description says there is a side pocket. I’m still looking for it. Good luck removing the honeycomb thingy and replacing it with the transparent capsule. I had to stop trying for fear of breaking it. Will most likely return it. It looks good though.

Not satisfy the need
Too small for a 4 kgs cat. And the clear dome window unable to fix.The bag with strong PVC smells.Very irritate for us human, and i dont want to put my cat inside. Feel very toxic.

Backpack for small to medium cats
The material is good. It is a very nice bag. Little small for our 2year old 5Kg cat, but a very good product should just make sure of the pet's size before buying.

There is no side pocket as given in the description. Kindly explain how to fix the transparent dome, no manual is provided.

It matched my expectations. I thought it would be small but the size is great. Big room for my cat. A bit heavy but it’s comfortable to carry.

The product looks amazing. The price is not that high. It's very convenient for our cat and she loves staying here when we go outside.

It’s not a good product for cat/dog more than 4kg. It is small, and came defective... can’t return as well, so think twice before buying this.
