Fantastic brushes
I’m an amateur watercolor artist, I have hundreds of paint brushes ranging from the cheap to the expensive, I got theses last week and let me tell you the difference in the painting it’s made, It holds lots of water and paint so I’m not going back for more paint and making streaks in my paintings, the point on the brush is just fabulous, It just forms on its own, I don’t have to work at it, I was able to paint a whole picture using just one brush. This morning I packed up all my other brushes, these are what I’m using from from now on.

Not What I expected
I wanted to love these brushes, but unfortunately I did not. First of all it took 3 exchanges to get a complete set. I kept getting 2 of one size while omitting another size. And they didn’t keep their point very well. I felt that they were not worth the money. I ordered a different synthetic set which I like much better. I do love Escoda brushes!

Fine brushes, not forgeries
I actually already owned 4 of these travel brushes (rounds), the last purchased being a very disappointing #2 (no point at all). After I bought it, I heard about the counterfeiting problem. I was a little concerned about getting counterfeits again, so I read the seller's reviews carefully. These 6 brushes, which arrived yesterday, were all fine quality! Now I will be able to give a good friend (and great artist) the ones I'm replacing (not the #2, though). I also have several Escoda non-travel brushes, including very large size rounds (#14, #20) and a flat (almost 1"), and they are all wonderful, first-class brushes. The travel brushes in this set are just as good.

There are better brands the brush end can pop out when its ...
NOT WORTH THE MONEY!Way over priced, for the quality. There are better brandsthe brush end can pop out when its placed in the stem for working, and the "bounce backquality" of the brush they brag about is not true. not a good quality sable brush.
