Yes, the soap description on the back says it has shea butter in it. I hope I have typed the ingredients from the back of the package correctly: The back of the package reads: Ingredients: Sodium Palmate, Sodium Palm Kernelate, Aqua (Water), Parfum (Fragrance), Rosa Damascena (Rose) Flower OIl, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Palm Kernel Acid, Glycerin, Sodium Chloride, Hexyl Cinnamal, Linalool, Hydroxycitronellal, Limonene, Geraniol, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Tetrasodium Etidronate, Tetrasodium Edta, Citronellol, Alumina, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid, Cl 73360, Cl 77492

Have any of you smelled both yardley red roses (yrr) and yardley english rose (yer)? if so, how is the scent of yrr different from the scent of yer?

Yes I have. I don't think there is a different smell. The English did not dry out my skin but the red rose did.

Lovely Soaps

These Lily of the Valley soaps arrived very promptly and are very lovely. The scent is pleasing and the packaging very nice. Lily of the Valley is sometimes hard to find, so these by Yardley were an appreciated gift.

The fragrance is perfect. It's enough to make me feel clean. I use it every night to remove make up. It lathers up very well which makes make up removal easy. My favorite feature is the fragrance: soothing enough to do right before bed. I like soaps. The price is reasonable. The size fits in a soap case so that it does not melt in the shower and is not awkward to handle. Nice stocking stuffer. Effectiveness is great. The soap is pink
