Nice gloss
Doesn’t really work as plumper but it’s more like a persistent gloss that won’t disappear while you sip your morning coffee. It’s minty. It tingles a bit when you put it on. Looks nice over a matte lipstick you aren’t impressed with. Or just alone if you’re sick of your gloss vanishing a second after you put it on. That’s it.
