I put some thin slices of cheese in there as well and some Real salt. I like this collagen peptide brand. The only other brand I have tried is Vital proteins. To me this has a better mouth feel, which is very slight and no taste. I use a little almond vanilla almond creamer in my coffee along with a serving of bulletproof. I like that I can get my protein with my coffee in the morning. I am not hungry for several hours. II don't notice any smell. I have no stomach indigestion. I have new hair growing back. For some unknown reason, I had some slight hair loss. This dissolves very easy in hot coffee and in cold almond milk. I have not notices any difference in my hydration yet. I have been taking this regularly for about a month. I have noticed my hands, legs and face are not as dry. I will buy it again, and I will take the individual packets for travel.
