I really did not notice any difference

Can i use this on your face. Or will it clog your pore?

No where on the label does it list usage on your face. It also does not list that its non comedogenic. I only use it on my hands, arms and legs.

Where is the lotion made

Tube says made in EU but here's the email address: office at salcollcollagen.com. I'm on my third tube and while it is pricey, the product really works. This has really helped my arms with small bruising especially from jewelry.

Is this sold in China?

I don’t know. I bought this a while ago and at the time was really not interested where it was sold. Sorry I couldn’t be of more assistance.
