Very hard to put on and harder to remove and the warming is only from the bottom of the feet and the beads or grains keep moving for an uneven heating. do no recommend

The wife loves them

First, when you try to put your feet into the footies, you realize that the opening does not stretch, there's no elastic at all. Trying to pull them over the portion of the foot that is the thickest (top of foot by ankle to heel) is not big enough to get your foot into the footies without tearing them. Second, the bottom of the footie is cut in half so that you can easily remove the filled bags and heat them in the microwave, however, there is no velcro there and the little slightly filled bags fall out on their own. Third, when you do take the little slightly filled bags out, you notice there's not enough filling to actually heat both heel or toe of your foot, you must spread the filling so thinly throughout the bag that there's just not enough to do a good job. Fourth, when trying to stuff a super hot bag back into the footie, you quickly learn to insert the heel portion first and then the toe portion or else your hand burns...or, the bag cools before you can stuff it back into the bootie. Fifth, the material between the bag and the bottom of your foot is so thin that you will burn your feet if you heat the bag up to a temperature warm enough to do any good by the time you get the bag stuffed back into the bootie. Sixth, because the opening in the middle of the bottom of the bootie has no velcro, you cannot lay back in your lazy boy recliner or the top part of the bootie slumps toward the bottom and then plop, out it comes. You cannot walk on them, you must sit upright and not move your feet around or you'll move the bag inside of the bootie and lose the heating area as the granules inside rearrange. Seventh, the bags are sewn terribly bad and after the second "wear" the filling came pouring out all over the bed as I was trying to take the bag out of the bootie to heat it. ...really, for the money....go a little more expensive and get the better booties online. This is a hot mess.
