It’s working, compact steamer. Just ON/OFF button. No aroma tray and no blackhead kit was in a box. I doubt it has ionic or nano option. Looks cute. Not for professional face care, more like for occasional self-made facials at home.

Not worth it
I have returned this product & have got a refund. I was not happy with it. Only part of my face managed to get steamed because the steam escapes because there is nothing trapping the steam in. Definitely would not recommend 👎
