I suffer from severe chronic pain due to neurological incurable disease. The pain is burning , stabbing, sometimes pounding , sometimes dull and deep. I get hospitalized once in a while and get Lidocaine via IV(for 6 hours) and its super effective since the dosage is 15 times larger than the patches. I decided to try the Lidocaine 4% patches . Suprisingly even though they are only 4% they are very effective. My pain is concentrated on nerve roots in the spine from C to S. Low and upper back pain . Sciatica pain , chest arm neck and shoulder pain . These patches help reduce up to 50% of the chronic pain , and this is quite alot! Dont expect them to completely elimate the pain , but to reduce it . Sometimes they are more effective than the morphine injections since the patches last up to 12 hours. I wish I could put on dispatch everywhere on my body, it seems to work so well, and I start getting immediate relief once I apply it. The only issue is when I have it in my lower back, it’s seeming sometimes to ball up or not stick as well if you’re moving around quite a bit. Otherwise though I just secure it with a piece of medical tape, and relief is 100%

Excellent pain relief. It’s main ingredient is lidocaine, which numbs the are that it touches. Although it does not decrease inflammation or solves the issue causing the pain, it gives you relief without smelling like menthol. It’s sticky enough for it to stay on all day.
