年金生活者で一人暮らしだと どうしても野菜不足になってしまう。 マルチビタミン&ミネラルをとっているが、食物繊維は足りていないのは自覚している。 NOWの製品はグルタミン、タウリン、アルギニン等も摂取している。 やはり大規模な会社の方が何かあった時のサポートが良い。 実感としては便の形が良くなった。 バナナ2本分がするりと排泄される。 まるで木々の葉が秋に落葉するが如き。 あまり日本で購入している人は少ないと思うが、高齢者にはお勧めです。

Other fiber supplements make my stomach hurt, but this has helped me use the bathroom regularly without any dramatic problems. It dissolves pretty well in the water and does not form into a thick paste. You can taste it a bit, but it’s not terrible. Just chug it. It might work for some people, it might not, but it wouldn’t hurt to try it
