Does the handpump make the product foam up?

Used Hibiclens 4 decades. The skin CLEANSER does not foam up w pump and has mild medicinal fragrance The skin SOAP does foam up w pump & in commercial dispensers. The SOAP has nice fragrance, very clean smell.Have used cleanser in shower, no other product comes close to removing body odors and odor free for so long. Armpits without deodorant won't smell 1-2 days, foot odor similarly unless shoes have odor already but not as quickly.The price on Amazon can't be beat i.e. 4 Oz bottle in chain drugstores even discount retail $8-10, 8 Oz $11-13 both without pumps.Realize a lot of info not asked in your question but because I answered your ? odds are that customers will read w additional ?s.Also, the cleanser lasts longer than foaming soap.

Is it a scrub or a soap?

It's not a scrub and not really a soap. It doesn't lather like a soap, but it's thicker than rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide.

Will it stain your sink or shower?

Absolutely will not stain sink, shower/tub, skin, clothing, towels.
