Does this hold all day? I am currently using the tube glue (dark, dries black) but want to try this one.

YES! I use the glue as directed, with some pretty dramatic lashes, so you can imagine the weight it holds. My lashes stayed on through a 3hr road trip from Iowa to Chicago, rain, extreme winds that easily inverted an umbrella, exploring the city for 12hrs, and the 3hr car ride back home, not to mention all the watery eyes from yawning on the ride back! Just be careful to not let the glue get wet before it sets on your false lashes and on your eyelid! Very important!

How many oz are in this bottle, and is it the same as the formula in the original squeeze tube?

The bottle has 0.18 oz and this is my first duo glue so I can't help you with the second question. Hope I could help!

Which is better? This one or the clear one? Also could I get the most out of this compared to the tube?

I like this black one because you can hide the extra glue with black eyeliner. This tube is better as far as getting the most out of the product because with the tube you can't always squeeze all the product out and the lid with the tubes gets crusty. There is more control with this type as well. I hope I helped you out.
