I am not sure what you are referring to. This is to be added to diesel fuel as a fuel treatment.

Yes. I've operated my Dodge 3500 diesel engine below freezing for many winter seasons. No problems. Works great.

Will this work on diesel power tool that I rarely use to make sure it starts up when I need it?

yes this suppose to use for times like that, once you dont use the diesel it becomes stale an algae starts to grow because of the water content. Startron disperses the water and helps with stale diesel.
