It won't stain anything. The thing about this pomade is that it's oil based. It's harder to wash off and a huge pain to style your hair with the first couple of weeks. I would recommend using a water based pomade like Imperial or Suavecito instead unless you prefer to only use oil based pomades. Different strokes for different folks.
