Instructions are backwards. No help when they promise customer service. But the product does work if you do the opposite of the instructions. It will not work for initial set up in up mode with SD card. Must use wifi mode.

It's ok. The controls don't seem to work as the documentation says they should. I think I got a different model than what is listed in the instructions, but it works for a quick cam setup.

- Bad instruction. Translation from Chinese to English is very poor.- Setup is confusing !

Save your money. I tried 2 brands of these p2p cameras and the products and apps are terrible and unreliable.
