the plates were misaligned with giant gap between them. also, it doesnt come with heat resistant mat. i ended up returning.

Best strightener for the price
As someone with 2B curls this is perfect for striaghtening occasionally. If you take care the effect lasts until the wash day. For me the hair became wavy by the end of the day & stayed like that till wash day even though I went to the gym, shopping and everything during this time. It is easy to use and has temperature control, my hair needed high temperature so I used it with a heat protectant spray. The hair stays smooth and shiny. It is the best product for this price. I would suggest this instead of the high priced straighteners out there. I've added the before & after photos of straightening on my hair & on my mom's hair which were done quickly in an hour.

Piastra benissimo e non lho neanche messa al massimo,leggerissima e molto semplice esteticamente. Istruzioni in italiano e molte altre lingue. Arrivata tre giorni prima del previsto! il prezzo veramente ottimo,ne ho anche presa una per fare un regalo a mia cugina.

Je recommande ce produit. Il lisse bien les cheveux et donne un effet de brillance. Facile à utiliser, et on peut régler la température. Je suis très satisfaite.
