I take melatonin regularly, but this is the first time I buy this brand, and which I didn’t. This brand of Melatonin contains crospovidone, which is a very harmful and poisonous ingredient! Pls be careful and read ingredients before purchasing!

So far I have tried 5 different brands of melatonin but this brand works best. It's a tiny little pill but it makes me sleep like a baby. I take one about 30 minutes before bedtime and I'm out for the count. No side effects either. Other brands gave me a morning headache but not this one thankfully.

Doctor suggested I try melatonin a while back. I've tried 3 kinds now and this is my favorite. Works well, small pills that dissolve in mouth if you want. Better than big pills or gummies if you ask me.

They seem to work quickly - within an hour or so. I stay asleep and don’t feel groggy in the morning.

Great value just tablets are very small

Works like before! The flavor seems a little different than the last bottle I finished. Still good and effective.
