The knife seems to be of good quality. That being said, the sheath is well below standard sheathes of this sort. As others have pointed out, the sheath was designed to allow the knife to be removed without extreme force. I did purchase the knife WITHOUT noticing that most comments came from non-verified purchasers. I WOULD APPRECIATE THE SELLER PROVIDING ME WITH A PROPER SHEATH. Even though the cost of the purchase was low, I and others want AND expect reasonable quality. I did not ask nor seek a discount. Nor would I.

Love the knife but the sheath is not that great. It holds the knife too tight requires a lot of breaking in.

I like the blade. Solid, thick, full tang, came very sharp. The sheath is a little loose. Haven't really found a way to tighten it up. So the blade rattles around a little bit. Sometimes it sticks when you try to unsheath it. Would have got five stars if the sheath was better. You can run it horizontal or vertical on your belt or even as a really big neck knife. Handy when you don't want a huge knife on your belt.

Great knife and good kydex holster fits well and is secure.

Came partially rusted, really makes me wonder what the actual steel is. Which is a shame because it's a big, beefy thing that doesn't look like it would snap without tremendous effort. Sheath really needs work. The actual retention requires an excessive amount of force to pull out the knife but the fit when inside leaves it rattling around a good 1/4 inch.

First off the knife is pretty great for the price. However I bought this knife because I train Kali. This was not purchased in my case as a camping / bushcraft blade. It's a short but fairly wide and stubby blade which I like. Came with an edge but definitely not up to par with a mora brand knife. But after I took a sharpener to it, the knife was that much better. It says stainless but the knife had a dark rust-like residue when I opened it. The problem is the sheath. Way too tight. You can adjust the screws and if your lucky it will be slightly better at best. It's also a hard plastic and your knife slices off tiny shavings every time you deploy it which makes the blade dull each time.

It’s really built strong,and I love it! It fits really tight in sheath at first but shaving down blade and wiggling it around in and out.then it’s better. Kinda better to be tight fit so you know it won’t fall out of sheath!

DONT BUY this poor product, If I could give no stars i probably would. Not only did the SHEATH cut me as I have to force this knife to open anyway, by far the worst neck or belt knife on the market. BE CAREFUL so much force makes it easy to cut yourself or someone when drawing for knife. Maybe a knew sheath that works and locks smoothly in and out I would buy.
