Definitely worth a try!
Purchased this item for my workouts mainly. It's extremely useful as it helps sweat a lot during any workouts. However make sure to wear a cotton t-shirt underneath to avoid it getting dirty from all the sweat and having to wash it over and over.Quality its good. It can be washed without any damage. The only problem I encountered was with the zipper as it was coming down after a while and had to pull back up all the time.
