Installed the Little Parts BF08 kit on a FOMOCO 4.6-liter V8 with 147,000 miles on the engine.All necessary parts were included, plus a spare set for 1 injector.After some minor preparation, the easy install gave excellent results. NOTE: Before attempting to re-condition your injectors, test them with an Ohm-meter. If the readings are not within specs, the injector needs replacing -- there's no sense re-doing a bad injector. Most EV1 injector specs are at 11-18 Ohms, with 14.5 Ohms as ideal..The new filter screens are very fragile. Handle them carefully to aviod crushing the screens!You will need a #10x 1-1/2 " machine screw to remove the old filter screens. Clamp the screw head in a vice, turn the injector onto the screw about 1/2 inch, and rock the injector as you pull it away to release the filter. Spray the filter opening with carb cleaner before you insert the new screen. Hold the injector in one hand while you tap the new filter screen into the injector with a hammer. NEVER rest the injector on a bench or hard surface while you tap the filter screen into place -- you'll probably damage the fragile injector ! The Pintle Caps can be made tougher and less prone to breakage by annealing the plastic caps in boiling water for about 15 minutes. Let the caps cool off for a few minutes before installing. The pintle caps will be tougher and won't break apart during installation or during their service life. The pintle caps in this kit have a reverse taper at the end hole that allows for a better spray pattern than the OEM pintle caps. NICE !! When installing the pintle caps, use a 9mm or 3/8ths " 12-point socket placed on a bench or table -- press down on the injector until the pintle cap snaps into place. Check to see that there is NO space between the pintle cap and the O-ring. You may have to push down twice to get the pintle cap to fit on all the way. DO NOT use grease or silicone on the O-rings when inserting the injectors into the engine or the fuel rail ! -- Use MOTOR OIL ONLY to avoid internal injector damage ! The completed job restored the original power and fuel mileage that had faded away over the years, and I saved A LOT of cash for two (2) hours worth of easy work. The excellent Little Parts BF08 kit for the Bosch EV1 injectors is well worth the money !

Came quick! perfect parts perfect fit! I installed the caps using a hunk of cardboard laid flat on the table then pushed straight down on injector to seat the cap. Just enough pressure to snap the cap on without breaking or using a metal socket. Ford Cobra 5.0 OMC Marine 1995

Great value and quality parts.Otherwise a good kit, which actually has nine complete cylinders of replacement parts for EV1 injectors.The trouble for my application (986 boxster) is the particular injector pattern requires different pintle caps with much larger opening. So I had to enlarge the openings etc. Would be nice to have option of app-specific caps. Suggest for others doing this to purchase these separately in addition.

My injectors leaked like a sieve.

This kit came with everything I needed to refubish my original injectors in my 1995 Mustang GT. I bought generic replacement injectors, but one or more leaked resulting in long-crank flooding (after car was fully warmed up, shutting off engine, waiting 20-30 mins, then trying to start). I am SO glad I hung on to my oem injectors so that I could rebuild them with this kit. Everything is better now!

Great kit. Everything fits, worked in my 91 bronco.Only thing is when using a socket to put the pintel caps on don't use a lot of force or you might break the pintel cap. Still 10/10 great sales person too.

The parts included in this kit are direct replacements for Bosch style EV1 injectors. The parts fit great. Instructions are easy to follow and you should be able to complete installation on 8 injectors in less than an hour.

Good Kit, should have removed old parts and inspected first, ended up buying new injectors.
